6. Shipping and Delivery

Gentleman Prime currently ships within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders.

Our order cutoff time is 3:00 PM ET. Orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing. After shipment, standard delivery takes approximately 5 days.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other transportation delays.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and have their original tags attached where applicable.

Eligible returns include free return shipping, and a prepaid return label will be provided as part of the authorized return process.

Approved refunds are generally processed within approximately 5–7 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
